Last race of 2016 competition in the Netherlands
Today was the last race in the Motogymkhana championship of the Netherlands. Eight rounds we had, eight fantastic days, some with rain, some with sun shine, but all with loads of fun.
Kristian showed up on a Zero electric bike. It was fun to see and hear (or rather, not hear), but he didn't win today. Bob set a very fast time in his first heat, 1:48, on dry tarmac, and when it started to rain soon after, we thought that was it. But Kenneth remembered the saying "your tires don't know it's raining", and he got to tenths of a second of Bobs time. Of course, both Bob and Kenneth (and Richard) were very close in the standing, and one or two points would decide on second place or fourth. Bob won today, Kenneth came in second, and Bert did a great job finishing third.
With Bob out of the way....
